A little about Joel:
I served in the U.S. Navy for 24 years and initiated a career change in November 1998. Throughout my Navy career in Aviation maintenance, I enjoyed providing exceptional customer service to personnel, squadrons, and other organizations around the world. I did this by listening to their needs, teaching about the process and coordinating events to satisfactory solution. I can do this for you. I'll work with you personally so that you understand the process in buying/selling Real Estate, I'll listen to your needs in finding or selling your home and I'll coordinate the events involved so you can focus on your family, work, and play.
I earned a Bachelor's degree with honors while working full time and then I was asked to return to the University where I instructed students for two semesters before being transferred to another duty station. After my service in the Navy and working as a Program Manager for a software company in La Jolla, CA, I then decided to pursue my passion in Real Estate where I can assist others find the home of their dreams.
